THE PERFORMER

Kevin Conaway is a solo acoustic performer who uses a loop pedal, a drum pad, effects pedals, harmonicas, and various other toys to create a textured and very unique live experience. With a repertoire of over 60 original songs and over 400 cover songs, Kevin splits his bookings by playing music venues that showcase original material and full nights at bars/wineries/breweries playing mostly cover songs. Kevin’s original material has a similar feel to 90’s and modern alternative groups and artists. Click here to see Kevin’s catalog of cover songs.

THE HISTORY

Kevin formed the rock band Highball in 1998 with high school friends. Highball was a staple in the Cleveland music scene for seven years. Following the band's breakup, Kevin pursued music on his own, releasing his first solo album, More Than What You See, in 2006. Kevin followed that album up in 2009 with the quirky single, "Canadian Girl". In 2010, Kevin released his most polished work yet, The Ventura EP, produced by Chris Jay and Aaron Goldberg of Army of Freshmen. In 2013, Kevin released the spiteful single and Cleveland Pride anthem, "The Day You Lost Your Crown," and its accompanying acoustic B-side. Kevin's latest release is the passionate 6-song EP, A Deafening Silence, in 2020.

Kevin’s music can be downloaded or streamed from all major online retailers, such as
Spotify, iTunes, and Amazon.

Kevin graduated from the University of Akron with an MBA in Strategic Marketing in 2010. Kevin enjoys attending music conferences and continually learning about the music business. Kevin is also a beer snob, a music geek, an introvert, a skier, a professional wrestling fan, a joker, and a die-hard Cleveland Sports fan.
